Registration Now Open

The 2024 Central Canadian Mineral Exploration Convention (CCMEC ) is officially open for business for another year with a new comprehensive Sponsorship, Exhibitor and Registration Guide now available.

MAMI is excited to be leading the event, having taken over from the volunteer board that oversaw it for several years, and will continue to build on the more than 700 local, national and international delegates, exhibitors and sponsors who attended, making CCMEC one of the largest conventions of its kind in central Canada.

CCMEC is an industry-driven event and is all about Exploring Connections – this year’s theme – providing delegates and exhibitors with an opportunity to make meaningful connections and network with pivotal leaders and industry groups, plus build partnerships with just about every sector imaginable, including government, academia, Indigenous, exploration and mining companies, prospectors, suppliers, and investors while showcasing innovation and advancement in the sector.

CCMEC Chair and MAMI President Stacy Kennedy shares her thoughts on the convention, “MAMI appreciates the trust the previous volunteer board has in us to manage CCMEC and we look forward to building on its strong foundations, making connections with a variety of stakeholders in the industry and making this event an international convention of choice and establish central Canada as a global centre of excellence for exploration and mining.”

CCMEC is ramping up its programming and is looking for subject matter experts.  This is an opportunity for companies, academics, consultants, and experts in the mining sector to share knowledge and expertise with peers and industry members across the entire sector.

CCMEC’s Indigenous Artisans Marketplace is also expanding onto the convention floor and is an economic reconciliation opportunity for artisans and businesses to promote their traditions and showcase their creativity and entrepreneurship.

To enhance your conference experience, MAMI is pleased EventCamp will be involved for the second year in a row.
